Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a higher level of IT access granted to specific users, such as IT professionals performing essential administration tasks or editing sensitive data. Privileged accounts can also be used by services that need access to sensitive systems, such databases holding private customer data.

The company was formed from two existing and established PAM leaders – Thycotic and Centrify.

Branded product services and swag distribution – a trusted partnership grows

Thycotic had already been using SwagOnline to manage their promotional merchandise, print and packaging.

SwagOnline is a centralised merchandise and campaign management tool. Authorised users can access the online portal 24/7 from any location to arrange the design, printing, production, fulfilment and delivery of a wide variety of marketing assets. All the swag is produced, stored and sent out by us.

So, when Thycotic merged with Centrify and rebranded as Delinea in 2021, they knew they could count on SwagOnline and our expert team for brand solutions, top quality branded product services, and streamlined swag distribution. 

The rebrand didn’t just call for a redesign of Thycotic and Centrify merchandise to align with the new Delinea brand. With an expanding number of company sites around the world and a growing global client base, Delinea also required a more flexible and efficient day-to-day merchandise management system.

Rebrand, reuse, recycle

As a promotional products distributor, branded product services specialist and innovator in swag distribution and brand solutions, our knowledge and expertise helped get Delinea streamlined in just a few steps:

  • Evaluated existing Thycotic and Centrify stock, identifying unbranded stock for rebranding as Delinea
  • Recycled other merchandise or donated it to charity
  • Consulted with Delinea about which new stock items they required
  • Quoted for and produced a new range of Delinea-branded merchandise, including notebooks (Pantone matched to the Delinea colour palette), pens, charger cables, mint tins, hand sanitisers, multi-region plug adapters, water bottles, travel mugs, pull-up banners, tablecloths for events and multi-lingual datasheets
  • Created the new Delinea SwagOnline site within their brand guidelines
  • Photographed and uploaded all new Delinea swag to SwagOnline, each product tagged with a unique stock code
  • Provided full training and support for SwagOnline users

  • Over 60 branded products are in stock, ready to be ordered via the platform and sent to recipients and events all over the world
  • Hundreds of orders already placed through the system quickly and easily
  • Employees in different time zones can view stock levels and place orders at any time e.g. Australian marketing department
  • Recycling of obsolete Thycotic/Centrify swag helps Delinea’s progress towards sustainability goals
  • Schools and charities have received over 1000 Thycotic/Centrify useful items with the old branding
  • Set up is taking place in SwagOnline’s EU warehouse, so we can ship all Delinea orders in the EU direct from our Germany hub, avoiding post-Brexit duties and taxes
  • Flexibility to incorporate more sustainable print on demand options in the future – printing only what is needed, reducing Delinea’s waste
  • All fulfilment and distribution pricing is charged in arrears and added to an end of month summary invoice instead of raising invoices per transaction, saving time on admin and unnecessary paperwork

Easy returns are the highlight

New functionality within SwagOnline allows Delinea to return branded merchandise leftover from events quickly and easily, via the original order number.

The return request goes directly through to our warehouse team, who will book the collection with the courier. Once stock arrives back with us, we book it back into stock without delay, ready to be used for another event or campaign.
